You should really ask what would fit onto my mammoth with the engine I have on now? It could be a few types. What type of engine do you have as pipes are made for low end or top end and even all around.

I have the 24.7engine and exhaust pipe that it comes with that it comes with. I think the pipe is two chambered. I think says that it needs the type of pipe that has the spring that wraps around the engine.

You are looking for a 1 piece pipe. I would recommend a JP-1 or JP-2 by Jammin

May want to look at the JP-1 or the JP-2 or even the JP-3. They all come in a polished finish or my favorite the Hard anodized look.

What you want to look for is if the pipe is made for a BB engine. Also, is it setup to be on the truck without modifying it. Things like, will the exhaust port come out in the right place, is the pressure nipple in the right place...

That pipe should work on a mammoth chassis. It's a left mounting pipe that lies on it's side. So, the exhaust comes out in the right orientation to the pressure nipple.

Now you need to figure out if the header will attach to the engine in such a way that it will clear the pull-start or starter of your engine. Some pipes are designed to fit really close to engines when the engine is a bump start engine (uses a starter box that rubs from below on the flywheel). Pipes intended for a pull-start/roto-start engine typically have a header that allows room for the hardware.

Like for instance, that pipe wouldn't come close to working on a savage. The savage needs a right mounting pipe, with the exhaust pointing down and the pressure nipple on top.

I don't see anywhere in the wording that it's designed for a pull-start engine though... the header doesn't look like it allows much room for it.

For the record, On my Storm I use the JP-2 on my pullstart Picco Omega 21. No probs...

The track I run hasa lot of tight turns it seems like the jp1 would be better for that application, the jp1 will fit my truck right

I ordered the jp1:jittery: , I can't wait to put it on it's gonna look killer with all the alum parts on my truck. Will it change the sound of the exhaust

Other than make it very, very quiet, no. It'll sound like a little Honda now. Hope you weren't hoping for it to sound all tough and bad ass, because the first time you fire it up, your track buddies are going to laugh at you.

I actually like the way my JP pipes sound. I think it may be you they are giggleing about my friend.

Why would it make it sound less quiet than the stock exhaust. Doesn't the jp1 have better exhaust flow than the stock which should make it louder:beard:
