So I know this is probably a loaded question but I’m gonna ask anyway.
Is it possible to swap Traxxas electronics (motor, esc, receiver) into an Axial SCX10? Specifically the CJ7 Jeep. I have a TRX4 and wanna be able to keep the batteries the same, maintain the TQI Bluetooth module and Traxxas app support, and maybe even use the same transmitter. I know some people aren’t fans of Traxxas electronics but so far I’ve been happy with them. But since Traxxas doesn’t have a Jeep I wanna get the Axial CJ7 and make something work.
Many thanks

It'd work just fine. For the most part, electronics are universal.

Yes, it's pretty generic. You can mix and match too. You're only limited by space in the rig.

If it's just receiver and batteries, I'd swap the receiver in the SCX10 and solder a Traxxas connector on there. Although my TQI receivers are huge, so check the fit first.

The TQI is OK, but a pain to program. There are much more usable radio systems out there that are pretty in expensive. I swapped my to RadioLink and have FlySky on the SCX10. I purposely used two different remotes so I can run both cars at the same time.
