Most excellent!I finally picked up a used tekno mini truggy, I’ve been wanting one for a while. It came with a ton of spare parts.

I was told by a few different guys to not buy anything but CTS, back when I had my Mexican Strat.I made a big mistake and tried to cut corners when I bought the first set of Pots. It was a huge fail.
CTS Pots are the best so they are on the way.

CTS or Bourns, either one. Fender Pots aren't terrible either. Stupid me tried to save a little because of Christmas coming soon.I was told by a few different guys to not buy anything but CTS, back when I had my Mexican Strat.
Nice case! that’s gonna look so good when you have it all built
Battery reading 1.3v out of the box... I should've knownAnother little something for while I'm bunkered in the garage this winter. I really dont like horizon but honestly this seems like the best option for small indoor. Thought about getting the micro, but really wanted something with a little tunability and not sure if these aging eyes can keep track of those micro screws lol

Did you get a older mini t with the dynamite motor and battery? If so, yea it can happen especially if it's been sitting on the shelf for a while. New Minis use spektrum electronics now.Battery reading 1.3v out of the box... I should've knownLHS is swapping it out though
Its the 2.0 with the spectrum 6000kv. A bit much power for this little thing in a garageDid you get a older mini t with the dynamite motor and battery? If so, yea it can happen especially if it's been sitting on the shelf for a while. New Minis use spektrum electronics now.
I put it on carpet and the damn thing did half a backflipOh yes I have that motor in my mini b. Quite fast! I still manage to run it in my basement on shaggy carpet, even if the only free space I have is only 10x10ft or just about. Lol. Still on stock gearing too.
Mini T would probably be more manageable in tight areas bc it's shorter but the B performs better.
I'm pretty sure I still have a couple videos on my YT channel when I used to do the mini track. Pretty fun during the winter, especially last time I did it bc I couldn't get out to the track that often.
