Got a few new RCs I had been looking for to add to the collection.
Blue UDR, Blue Rustler Ultimate, and a Snap-on Rustler 4x4.

Speaking of collecting the Traxxas Snap-on RCs.

I just spotted this thing today.

I have a substantial Traxxas Snap-on collection.

This one is a new one I had never seen before.
Not sure if it worth the $2K asking price.
It is sharp looking.

I figured I could not be the only collector of these Snap-on / Traxxas RCs, just based on how crazy the prices can get on them,
I have still refused to buy the crawler roll back tow truck, those things are typically going for $1200-$2K range as well.

Went to Walmart
Got a 6ft yoga mat that I'll cut down to 4 feet for my workbench, or leave it 6ft for if and when I upgrade to a bigger workbench lol.
Also got baseball batt tape. Much better than what I had previously.

Nice job sir! I do believe one of those is gonna be in Mrs. Littlemotor’s future to replace her Futaba.. 🤩

Didnt feel like cutting it down.
Put my old PL one to the electrical bench and I'll keep my older style ProTek mat for the track. Therefore I don't need to rip up my workbench everytime I go to the track.
Ideally much more affordable than paying for a good exact size mat with only a RC performance brand logo on it lol.

Cool, It's nice to see the NB4+ has been treating you well if you're wondering about my DX6C it's been treating me well too. I'm still waiting for the new version of iXSR to come out hopefully by August it'll be out but it might be until October or November until i can afford it.

I want that Traxxas/Snap-on antique looking sprint car but the $700-$900 price is out of line.

After you get done paying for tools and boxes, $1k won't even phase you!
For what they charge for the boxes, the whole line of Snap Off RC should be included!!! 😲🤣

I was hoping for a non- Snap-on variation like they did with the pickup and coupe. The prices dropped significantly for those. Couldn't possibly care less for the $400 Snap-on sticker.

Pretty much all the rare promo RCs are considered pretty rare and since they can’t really be bought in a store only way to get them is typically win one or get awarded one, or buy it off an auction site like eBay, they are likely always going to be the most difficult to buy at a reasonable price.

Monster Energy , Napa, 4Wheel Parts, Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, etc.
I really wish there were some sort of resource or guide that detailed and showed the brief history of these very rare promo RCs.

I have picked up several over the years. Always seems I am discovering something I never knew existed.

You can buy them right off the truck, and MAKE PAYMENTS on them when you have an existing R.A… They are insanely easy to get, and sell like crazy because of this.. So maybe they’re hard to come up with if you’re not in the industry.. Watched many guys whip out the CC on Traxxas/Snappy stuff for years.. Not me man…. Not a chance.. 😂

The only thing I ever “won” was a legit, Alpha/Snappy flight jacket.. Everything else that was “thrown in” with purchase (like all the Traxxas nonsense, or a go kart, or a gas scooter, or, or, or,), I declined, and reached a value agreement with my rep, and had that amount applied to my R.A., or was awarded tools at COST… RC cars, and go karts don’t put food on my table lol…

Went by my local Hobby Town to pickup part of my UDR tire and wheel order.

Spotted a new Traxxas Slash model I had never seen before. “ Slash Late Model”
Plus they had it in a fox body.
Shocker. lol 😝
It came home with me. 😂 lol 😂

It looked really large for a slash.
She is pretty close to the same size as my UDRs.

Oh... your avatar dude. You have the X-Maxx with the monster truck wheels I keep seeing in the media gallery. I would love to see a breakdown of what all you have done to that. Like do a build showcase on it. That is one of the coolest looking X-Maxx's I've seen.

I got some Arrma 6s parts at the shop. They are the right part but different part numbers. The steering posts were the same. The upper front screw pins she had was 1mm shorter so I just said whatever I'll get it just to get this project running after months. Bc stock pin is 4x46 I got 4x45. Should work either way.
