These unchamfered edges bug me. I'd have come in with a reverse countersink tool and made it match the outside. Other than that, damn fine looking machine work there.

reverse countersink tool. I've never seen one of those.

How do ya get it through the hole though?
The larger diameter there is smaller than the hole. Just plunge through, just past the breakout of that top angle, drive in with cutter comp and chop a .006" chamfer around that hole. Re-center bit and pull out, or drop down and do opposite side of clevice as well with bottom angle.

Ever seen the flip flop blade type ID internal reverse chamfer tools?
Yeah. The link I posted 😉

We also had some we used in the machine. Then there was the spring blade ones.

So not deburring those holes inside the clevice, since all these options are available to do it easily, is just slack jawed machine programming 🤪

The inner slot where the camber links go is smooth as silk on mine. No burrs. Maybe they burnished the inside. They are flawless.

Yeah. The link I posted 😉

That's them! Sorry- I didn't click it till now. I had to have coffee 1st 🤣 & walk Louie schnauzer! Little distracted.

Done. @332_RC is partly to blame for this purchase. 😆

Congrats man. They make awesome products. The Ti5 skids will throw some Hella sparks! I have Powerhobby Ti2 on mine, cheaper, & not as much sparking.

Yeah, they don't look like there is a burr there. But that not having a chamfer can wear into a burr since there will be metal on metal there. A chamfer on that edge would keep that sharp edge from developing into a burr. It's not just pretty. It's a funtional detail 😉

I don't believe I've ever experienced that phenomenon. 🤣 🤣 🤣

Bro, You're waaaaaaay overpaying for wire! That being said, I do loves me some Tekin stuff! :)
I did commercial electrical for YEARS, as well as automotive service for most of my life, and currently industrial maintenance.. Believe me-I am aware… I have a veritable plethora of ultra high strand count silicone jacket 12awg here as well-but I need 6ft of Tekin “flex wire” specifically, and in both black, and hot pink.. and I don’t need 100’ of it lol.. It’s the most viable solution for my needs right this second. 😉🍻🤘
