Just scored a Techno EB 410. Already upgraded. Just need a motor and some dirt tires. These things are awesome to watch. Can’t wait to race one.

I picked up 2 scx24 Bronco’s yesterday for me & the wife, used up the gift certificate to my LHS that I got for my birthday last week. I’ve been looking around at some threads about upgrading…plan on putting on some brass stuff on 1st. Any suggestions & the likes will be appreciated.

I just ran them on the patio table…the hardcover Patterson book my wife was reading was a nice obstacle my 1st thoughts when I put it in the garden was how cool it was. They’ll definitely go camping with us.

The red Bronco is our next RC. Love that lil guy.

There are so many upgrades for these trucks, it's hard to pick a starting point. A good way to go about it would be the ground up, but I would at least do a servo upgrade. I recommend the Ecopower 827 and Hot Racing HRASXTF24M01 mount. Use large head screws to mount the servo, and trim the mounting ears a tad at the top. I don't have a bronco, but can say it works great in our Deadbox build.

From there, I would say wheels and tires, though that body is going to limit your tire selection a bit.

Then brass front diff cover, brass knuckles, etc. But you may need a motor when you start adding weight. The motors have been hit and miss for our 24's.

Optional upgrades for motors are
Furitek Komodo or Mini Komodo (like in the Stinger combo), Surpass outrunner, PN Racing brushed setup, and Mofo RC has a couple motor upgrades. There are others, but I wouldn't venture away from these offerings.

One thing to note about the newer SCX24's, they use a new ESC/Rx that is not compatible with the Furitek ESC. So if you upgrade to a Furitek ESC, you'll also have to use your own radio.
