I'm frustrated by the fact that off-road RC vehicles look so utterly cool and 1:1-looking in slow motion video but when you run yours in real time, it looks like a bouncing, hopping, kid's toy.

And speaking of kids' toys... I crack up when some toy companies buy advertising time during YouTube R/C videos. When I was watching some videos of 1/5 scale gasoline-powered buggies, there was an ad aimed at little girls for dolls. At least I hope that's who the doll company wanted it to be aimed at... 🤔
I wouldn't mind if they would slip in an old like 80s Blackfoot commercial now and then..the old tamiya ads were great

I wasn't into RC back then, so I had to look it up. There is actually a pretty comprehensive Wikipedia entry on that model.

attempted to fire up my old PC. plugged it in, hooked an HDMI cable up to the TV. tower turned on (more than what happened the last time i tried to fire it up) but never got anything on the TV. idk, i can hear something happening inside the tower. the what i think is a CPU fan is running. the power supply fan is running. i tried 2 HDMI cables. tried 2 different HDMI inlets on the TV. the TV seems to recognize that somethings plugged into the HDMI 2 port. left me wondering wtf.

Does your PC have a graphics card or integrated graphics on the CPU?
Follow up: If it has a GPU, did you plug the HDMI into the GPU or the motherboard?

i have no idea. i plugged the HDMI into the port on the back of the tower. what that goes to inside is beyond me.

See if you have multiple hdmi ports and try them all.

I could be way off...but if it's that old. I might pull the ram and clean the contacts, then reinstall. It's not hard to do, and costs zero dollars.

The individual schedules at school change twice a year and I love the current one because on thursdays I have only one single class. So I cycled all the way just to find out my class didn't continue and I had to go back.. Meanwhile I could enjoy some Dutch weather. My hands were freezing off, the sun blinded me and the hail was hurting me.:dead:

Well, at least you didn't have to deal with tiger mosquitoes.

Yep I had to look them up and they seem quite tiny. The smallest ones are the worst.

My mentor wants to hold a meeting now so I can enjoy the weather even more today. One more ride... at least it's raining instead of the hail.

And if it's raining and hailing there's no excess sunshine. So there is that going for you😎😋😂😂😂
Well outside of winter it goes together all the time🫠 if you live in the middle of the US then the sea climate might sound confusing at times
