Not exactly. They are all sealed in a plastic sleeve/ baggie. (some have a cardboard sleeve but its still sealed in plastic)

I would remove them from the backers and out of the plastic. Over time the plastic can leach the color from the keychains causing the colors to bleed.

Any plastic or rubbery materials can interact this way because of the chemicals used to keep them pliable. Sometimes they interact with each other. I used to have this problem with long term storage of action figures that came in contact with each other or accessories.

Okay, I'll start taking them out of the package and put them in the shadow box to display them. I wanted to wait until they all show up but I can't take it anymore

@Serea71 Might as well enjoy them now, nothing lasts forever. Remember they were made to be used, not stored long term. Thats the problem with collectibles. So many people keep their stuff mint in package and over time it degrades.

I've seen action figures literally fall apart in their packages just because the material dried out over time and gave out. That is why I play with my toys. :)

Well windows 10 is officially out of service, and guess what, Microsoft for Windows 11 blocked ALL methods on trying to create a LOCAL account so no matter what you HAVE to sign in to a online Microsoft account to actually use your PC or laptop or what not. And then later they get you by forcing you to buy Microsoft office for word and stuff and then included in that with OneDrive for cloud storage. Smh.
If you open the command prompt and put “start ms-cxh:localonly” when prompted to sign in/create an account, you can still force it to allow a local account. Still works as if 2 days ago.

We were raised by tv before it got stupid. The last couple of generations were raised by social media which is very stupid.

Our parents kicked our buts if we did something wrong. The last couple of generations got time outs or bribed/rewarded to behave.
Trust me, my butt got kicked so many times…..

I never seemed to learn though.

We have the absolute worst tire shop ever.
Les Schwab tires is the chain in the west. I dropped my ATV tire off
and there was one car in the bay. One service man working on it,
the manager standing at the counter on his computer, two more workers sitting in the center
and the bitch tells me it will be a couple hours. All it is, is a leaking valve stem.
I said one car in the bay and it's gonna take a couple hours?
The manager said there is only 4 on duty today.
We are going into winter and winter tires need installed. That don't F'ing require a larger crew?
The Ontario Oregon Les Schwab " town south of us" looked at my brakes on my Tundra because of a bad noise when braking.
They told me, oh every thing is just fine, we didn't hear any noise.
A month later the tire shop in town told me the brakes were shot. Go figure.

I don't trust chain shops for automotive stuff. If I ever had to have tires done I would find a local guy with a shop.

We took a trip to Chicago one time in my ex's Chrysler PT Cruiser to take the kids to the Sears Tower and some other places. The idler pulley grenaded and had us stranded at a beach park. Called a tow which took us to a Midas close by. The fat disgusting piece of crap behind the counter told me it was going to be $420 to replace the idler and belt, which included the tow. I had already called Autozone. It was $20 for the pulley. When that guy told me the cost I told him to get it off the lift and get F'd, as I was taking it to Autozone to swap it out myself, even if I had to buy the tools. It was going to be a tough job though without a lift. He came back with an offer of $250, which I rejected. In the end, I managed to get him down to $120, including the tow, which was going to be cheaper than paying for two tows and the part, and I didn'thave to try to get under the car to work on it. But I wasn't happy about the attempted extortion, and I made sure to let Midas corporate know about those shady #######.

The only advantage to our lousy service here is the fact that flat fixes are free, rotations are free, and the kids can buy tubes for sledding dirt cheap. Well that's if you want to wait several hours so they can finish their Candy Crush Saga game.

I dont trust any shops. Thats why I learned to work on cars. Problem solved. I also dont trust doctors. Not sure I can get safely past that learning curve though.
Twisted ankle, cut it off.
Broken arm, cut it off.
Male enhancement, not advisable.

We have a few Town Fair Tires around me (New England chain). They are pretty good. Free rotations and snow tire change out.
Town Fair IS a good shop. Better than most.
I have very good luck with them for alignment and tire change services. 😎

@OnwardGuinevere How's the toe doing? Hopefully you didn't need to call a toe truck. 😜
😂 It's doing better. A little sore walking, still a little swollen, but otherwise okay. I may try running tomorrow or Friday 🤞🏻.
Hopefully she hops in here sooner then later. Hopefully she also has shoes on so I can't go "we toed you".
Yep! Luckily, I've been able to wear shoes. I'm glad too, it's been chilly here lately.

A couple years ago I had a stress fracture in my foot from running. I stopped running. :p

on my way home i saw a possum that had been hit by a car on a very busy street, it was injured and jumping/struggling to get up/get out of harms way but it was all disoriented. kinda haunting me. got a strong suspicion that after i looked away from my rearview it had about 10 seconds to live. i know it's "just a possum" but it's still kinda sad.
