Thats just dumb. They can't possibly sell those for that price, can they?
Correct. Thats why I'm willing to pay more for the parts in Australia. The postage cost from the US is just stupid.

I'm telling you guys that sellers have to pay the auction site a percentage of what they sold an item for. There are no fees assessed on the shipping cost. That's why they do it like that. It's a cost saving tactic by the seller.

Is this a new tactic, as the postage never used to be that expensive? My very first Arrma came from the US. I wouldn't even consider it these days.

No, some sellers try, every now and then, to sneak this tactic by the auction site. This practice is prohibited by the auction site, since they, obviously, lose money.
I've seen it here and there on eBay for years now.

Camping in bar harbor…I brought 3 rigs with me, the ascent 18 charged battery then turned everything on and servo jacks all the way to one side, 😡 so put that aside and planned on running charged battery in the atlas 6x6 & it doesn’t fit 🤬so I’ll have to charge another pack…. But 1st we’re taking the dog to Hadley point to get our feet wet then some grilling time…stay tuned 🤷🏼‍♂️

Been trying to order from snap on's website twice yet they keep declining my card even though there's plenty of funds on it. Very irritating, this is why I prefer having a dealer.

Second cracked windshield in six months. This time sitting in a parking lot while shopping. Thinking the glass is a defect, BUT, I'll have to take time off to go by the shop and see our glass guy. If not, it's another $250 for a new one.

Is it simply a fracture, or is there a starburst crack like something has struck it?
My glass used to live in town and worked out of a barn on his home property. Unfortunately, he moved about 30min away about 6 years ago.
Last time I went to replace a cracked windshield, I needed to wait around. I got to see the entire process, and he even let me assist. It was very interesting!
I also saved over $100 going to him, instead of him coming to me.

Slight rant. Just saying. Tamiya is NOT a toy grade RC. Some are very fragile. But they are Tamiya. Not a big box store RC. Not a no name online RC. Tamiya. I own 14 RCs. One Tamiya. So I'm not a homer. The 1st RC ever made was a model car made into a RC. Model cars aren't toys. They're models. You don't play with them. RCs you play with. It's a hobby, regardless of the quality or lack of engineering. If you race nitro Mugens on the weekends, you laugh at Tamiya. If you've never owned an RC, walk into a LHS, you might leave with a Tamiya Lunchbox Van RC. Six years later, you might be racing Mugens on the weekend & the Lunchbox is a shelf queen.

If it cracked from the edge, and there is no visible impact, it could be the metal seam the sealant is stuck to is exposed. An exposed edge there could easily crack the windshield. Where is the crack originating from?

It came from my weed eater. 🫡😝

Sorry for the bad luck @HPIguy

Edit: I meant NOT a toy grade. I'll rip my own rant by a rant of my lack of typing skills. Tamiya offers hobby grade, entry level RCs.

Lol! Everyone will be crawling!!!
I shop at a few local dispensaries. Maine has great product! Had pretty decent luck here in my own back yard. Didn't grow this year though. 😐
Good luck getting high!!! ...errr, to the top of the mountain I mean.

I bought a t shirt that says “getting high on Cadillac Mt with elevation listed” can’t remember what it was…but I only I got the shirt after blazing a fatty up there of course 🤤
