Burned a gallon between my truggy and buggy yesterday.

Expensive day - went through two sets of new tires, a gallon of fuel, and a set of those legendary TLR hinge pins that like to bend! Maybe I'll do it again tomorrow

My buddies a garbage man and found me a few nitro. Rc10gt, hobos hyperr ss and a revo in parts. I got the rc10gt fired up and it runs. The buggy needs a pullstart and the revo needs a transmission rebuild but parts all seem to be there.. crazy what you can find in the trash. Here's a couple clips I threw together.

I braved the heat this morning and burned a tank and a half. Heat index of 100F at 10 AM is about too much for me. I’m thinking I’ll wait for cooler weather before I get more serious about it!

Too hot to do much anything where I live for a couple of days, really want to test out my new B&H tires and oil filled diffs on my Mad Crushers, but just thought I'd pass on some info I heard last night from what I think is usually a pretty reliable source (PowerSource Nitro Mods) - and that is that Novarrossi is planning on returning to making engines I know there have been some rumors about them over the past couple of years, and a lot of uncertainty, but it seems pretty consistent with other things I've heard, and that is that they shut down because of Covid and would consider resuming operations once the pandemic died down enough.

Looks like September they will be arriving!

Burned a tank on the Reds Scuderia 721 8XT today. Finally feeling I got a handle of that Reds engine after sealing up the backplate and carburetor down.

I ran my RC10GT yesterday. Mostly rock surface. Thought I broke the connecting rod. Cruising around and it just stopped. Got it on the bench and realized had a rock wedged between spur and flywheel.

I doubt ill get any help but idk what else to do i bought a brand new nitro slash about 6 months ago and have never gotten it to start. electric start seems fine glow plugs fine and idk what to do every time I've seeked help i have gotten the same suggestions that i have already tried. I recently tore apart my dirt bike and got it fixed for the first time by myself but i can't get a little car to run... I dont want to be out a few hundred dollars but i think i am

My suggestion would be to start a "HELP ME" thread in the nitro section and you will find how quickly the nitro guys are willing to help.
I honestly don't know that much about nitro because it just doesn't interest me like electric does.
These nitro guys in here are pretty knowledgeable. Hell some are even pretty....
