Moving is a challenge for sure. hope the packing goes smooth.
It has so far, I spent yesterday and a couple days before packing and clearing out my closet i got rid of a ton of old catalogs, Magazines, old car owners manuals and PC part boxes. Also found some old books i though i didn't have anymore.

Watch out for the jumping cholla cacti... they will reach out and grab you.

On the plus side, you probably won't need a lawn mower, but you will need to rake the sand/rocks some. :hehe:

Another great quality rc by Arrma , I’ve always took a new rc out of the box and add the upgrades that I already have before getting a new rc , but with the new Kraton 6s and 8s , and the notorious then the talion , I haven’t upgraded much at all , there just great rc’s , the talion is completely glued to the ground , corners perfectly and jumps with complete air control , not to mention 60-70mph right out of the box with a little pinion gear change , I’ve been in this hobby for 35 years and this stuff is really good stuff I. Hi everyone, How's it going? It's been a very busy time and a pretty dark day where i currently live since we're getting our current house ready to sell in a week or so. Today i took my Slash 4x4 Ultimate out for a little test drive with radio to make sure everything still works sorry i didn't get a pic of after my short run. I might get out a couple more times to run my cars before they get packed up for our cross-country move to Tucson, Arizona.
I lived in Tucson for few years, I loved it there.

Glad to hear you're thoughts about Tucson i hope i'll like it there too. I had a seizure last night while me and my were cooking dinner but i'm slowly recovering. We had a couple of cleaners come by today and fully clean our house and my dad cleaned out our garage soon i'll be packing my RC stuff but i'll make sure to leave a car, my main radio and some tools out in case i want to run.

I was only there for a month or so, but one of the best things I saw was 4-wheelers can be street legal. :hehe:

I told myself not to, but yesterday I bought a silver WPL D12-KM. I already have two B16 trucks, one's a donor for my rollback truck project, and a C94.

I think there's something wrong with me.

Your a dude, this is perfectly normal behavior. 🤣

Yeah, I don't listen to me either...
Too many voices all at once! 🤪

First Time For A Boulder🤪

'Bout crapped my shorts when 2.0 went off the track and headed towards the road. I couldn't steer and brain took a moment to send signal to my trigger finger activating the brakes. I was afraid to take the body off.

Servo saver surely was getting a workout. 🤔 🤷‍♂️😁

I had a dental appointment in "the big city" this morning so I loaded the DSK 1/8 basher buggy into the truck when I headed out. After my appointment, I brought the DSK to a big dirt parking lot I had scouted earlier in that town. It's about 1/2-3/4 of an acre of pretty nice dirt and a little bit of very low, ground-creeping weed growth and very sparse grass in spots.

This was the first time I was able to run the DSK in an appropriately-sized off-road area. Wow! This thing rips! And it handles very well. I did install a gyro and although the buggy (my driving?) was OK without it, turning the gyro gain up a bit helped me avoid ground-looping under acceleration so often, as this thing can break the tires loose immediately if I'm not judicious with the throttle application.

There was a guy sitting in his truck parked across the street from the dirt parking lot. At one point, as I drifted around the corner nearest to where he was parked, the DSK threw gravel toward the street and I heard a stone hit his truck loudly.

He was unfazed and I made it a point to avoid drifting/spinning when the aft end of the buggy was pointed toward where he was parked. I'll be hitting this spot again when I'm that town. I can't seem to find a similar venue in my home area.

It's hard to find good spots here too. Glad you found a spot you could open her up! :thumbs-up:

Just finished another beat down session with the brushed Mojave Grom. I can’t break this thing! I keep trying but it just takes a lick’n and keeps on tick’n.. I can’t even break the body! 👌😎
I’ll just keep pissing on it.. 🤣

I can't stop running the new DSK. 🙂

I ran a couple of 4S 6200mah packs on the back yard course using my Voice Lap System and a cheap, portable Bluetooth speaker. I have some masking tape strips on the unit so I can jot down lap times. You can see the transducer, a dual-LED infrared emitter, stuck on a Velcro patch behind the front shock tower. It can be mounted inside the body if desired, but I find it never misses an activation when mounted like this... it is shockingly consistent.

As I mentioned in a previous post, my original Voice Lap unit failed. I contacted the seller who responded immediately and agreed to replace it for a $10 fee and $10 shipping, with no need to return the faulty unit. Not the best solution, but acceptable. Before the replacement showed up, I had already ordered a second system.

The replacement showed up as promised and it was defective out of the box! Again, the seller responded immediately and agreed to send another replacement at no cost to me and it would be checked for function before shipping. It's en route from CA now and should be here Monday or Tuesday.

In the mean time, I'm using the second one I purchased, which works beautifully. I just hope it continues to do so!
