Ran this down the street for the first time. Not bad but a little on the slow side. Barely hit 20mph on 2s. Time for more power!

Badass they make truck bodies for them. I may eventually pick one up.
Love the garage setup. I got the same aluminum scale drums. I put some gas in mine. Throw it on the crawler and no one would suspect. 🫠🙃🤪🤫

I got to go out and play today. Took the Redcat Ascent32 out for it's first real crawl.

Also took out the Redcat Apex.

A short not so great vid, hard to drive with one hand and record with the other. The incline was a lot steeper than it looks in the vid. I LOVE THIS TRUCK!

Weekday club race night / my birthday club race a few weeks ago.

Got new packs and batteries in before I left

Rocking the new shells on the TRX2WD cars. Wheeler was dialed. 2wd was okay before I broke the same hinge pin twice.

New and restocked tire section at the shop also.

TZO tires absolutely dominate at this track. Plan on switching to them after my current sets of smoothie 2s for the buggies are done.

And more reasons I hate light weight bodies.

Did the basement mini track the other weekend for a few hours in the morn

Mostly in onroad lay out as I don't have any new cardboard to make some jumps out of, my current table top type jump doesn't work well so...

Ran the Mini B and reflex. Mini B dialed as always. Put on my old pair of Prism rear tires so I don't ruin my new ones. Still hooks up no issues.
Ran the reflex. 4wd, a bit bigger. More hassle getting it around but it checks out. These stock tires which are slicks now are a bit slide-y on this shaggy carpet. Kinda fun actually.

Been a long while since I've done the mini track so I was a bit rusty. Plus I have more furniture to move out of the way to do it. It is what it is tho.

I drifted a RWD RC for the first time ever today at my local Hobby Town’s drift track.

Disgusted Design GIF

Figuring out the perfect blend of throttle blips, steering, and letting the gyro work was fun, I’ll admit that. I just miss the days of AWD drifting being the norm! I feel like you could slide those around a course a good bit faster.
