I finally completed one of the big RC stepping stones, "buy cheap, then spend over the puchase price in upgrades". I had to fight missing hardware, very poor instructions, and mis-aligned holes to get a semi-working upgraded WPL C74. 2-Speed transmission, metal axles, driveshafts, and Res-V3.

I expect it to last 5 minutes into its first test run tomorrow.

It sags to the side, the diffs feel "off", and the wheels kinda wobble, but it works and it didn't break 5 minutes in.
