My Dad is having surgery today. They are removing a growth from his bladder. So if I seem a little distracted that is why.

There's a girl on social media called 'The Recovering Californian' & she moved to Georgia. Weird stuff. But she makes valid points. Some about the woes of California & some about the adjustment to the South. It's basically a comedy thing.

My mom just had a lumpectomy this morning. Went well and she's home resting.

My FIL has cancer surgery this Wednesday.

might have to check that out.
CA has gotten so bad i think i know as many people who left as people who have stayed (so far). and practically everyone i know personally has an escape plan. most of my relatives have moved to Virginia. they didn't seem to have any issue acclimating.
