Being a backup to Matt Stafford, I think he'll be fine. He will learn a lot. Matt is one of the best to ever toss the ball.

Altho we just cut the Dish cord. Installed an air antenna. Hope for the best. If not, friends/inlaws/bar/restaurants will be our new best friends on game day. Well, they are already, but you know what I mean

I take preseason with a grain of salt. A bit of a shake down period, if you will. But will always be a fan. Just like racing. Just like RC.

I haven't had cable or anything like that for about 12 years. No paid tv services if you will. Just a subscription to a service that costs a few bucks a month that works with an app I have on my tv called Kodi, with an addon installed within Kodi called Mad Titan Sports. I can watch any game from any sport, and I can even go back and watch old games from previous seasons. If you have internet and a smart tv, look into it.

Falcons/Steelers fan here...which puts me in a bit of a pickle come the first game...

I like it. I've always thought it was a waste of time to bring all the players out on the field if that's all they were going to do is kick it out of the endzone.
I'm a Chiefs fan and always have been but I sure would like to see the Jets focus on their problems.
Not many Jets games are televised around here though.

I watched the Chiefs/Jaguars game. Man, Jscksonville was hitting on all cylinders!

I have always rooted for my home team first, but I liked watching the Chiefs play last year, amoung a few other teams.

Not at all, it's pre-season.
In all honesty, if I had a nickel for every time I told my wife, any team can get beat at anytime, I 'd be rich.
When the Chiefs lose, I don't lose any sleep over it. A last place team can have great day and win a football game.
I've seen Mahomes play like he is in grade school.
Look how bad the Jets suck, but yet they are my second favorite team.

I don't know if this is new or I am just noticing it happening more, but when did NFL game announcers start favoring and or working for the home team? I am watching the Bills/Bears presesson game, and it's in Buffalo. The annoyncers won't stop going on about the new stadium they are building, and have even talked iver the refs csllung out penalties. I'm sitting here screaming stfu at my TV lol.

I freakin' LOVE watching Viking home games. The big ass Viking drum, and the deep Viking horns they blow are just the best Football stadium sounds ever! SKOL!
