Welp, got rid of that radio. Issues are still going on and here is one truth about the company:

Something similar happened to my B74.1 when i switched it to Radiolink it went straight off a ramp full throttle right into the wall at my local track. I also had a brand new R4FGM V2.1 receiver go full throttle while binding and unfortunately i got one of fingers scarred by the car. After that it mostly has been okay but in all my years in RC would my Futaba 4pm, all my Traxxas TQ\TQI's and my old Spektrum DX3C or any other rc transmitter i have ever owned in my life ever do anything like that.
same thing with mine. Its sad that radiolink does this to their customers. Right now, its just the 8X that has these issues. there others like the 4 and 6GS are great radios. But i did hear some of their flight radios like the I believe its called the AT10 ii, I heard lots of people had issues with that radio. My buddy that I talk to about the 8x issues, he experienced issues with the 4/6gs bout 3 years ago and helped radiolink fix them. But now they don't want to collaborate with him to fix the 8x issues. So both of us sold our radios and went our own ways. I have flysky and soon futaba, and he went to the radiomaster mt12. Big thing @CJSRCLIFE , the radiomaster mt12 can do multiple radio protocols so if you have various brand receivers like futaba, spektrum, radiolink and whatever, the radiomaster can bind and work with those receivers. The mt12 should have a gyro, ill have to check up on that. AVC and TSM like on those radios are just fancy names for a gyro.Something similar happened to my B74.1 when i switched it to Radiolink it went straight off a ramp full throttle right into the wall at my local track
Oh really? I dropped by to check the post and this is mainly why i boxed my radio for now and went back to my Futaba 4PM and the Spektrum iXSR might be my future since i still want a radio that's a touchscreen and has more features i also something with AVC or a gyro like stability control. That's one of few things i will miss about my RC8X but i now know that Radiolink is a negligent company that tries to silence all negative feedback about their products and pretend it's not issue. And the only other time i knew about a negligent companies was PS3 Specialist a repair shop for PS3's and other game consoles they used to not send back repaired consoles to their owners and they would try to delete negative reviews about their company. and DKOldies who claimed they refurbished their game console that were worse than advertised and also would sell for exorbitant prices and would also try to silence the media and even a law firm got involved. But i digressLook at this
Shady company

They also turned off replies and commenting for every rc8x post that there is. So glad I reported this.
@CJSRCLIFE , if you have or experience any glitches or signal drop outs ever again please report the radio as unsafe to cpsc. More reports, the better chance we get to have this radio and brand checked out. And anyone that did or didn't have this radio.
Not really, they suspended my profile on the group so i can't comment or react to anything, I can just see. But other people can comment and reply. I made another account so I can join back on the action. They did this to 2 other people I know. Ignorant communist company and brand.Oh really?
Wow i never knew it got that bad.Not really, they suspended my profile on the group so i can't comment or react to anything, I can just see. But other people can comment and reply. I made another account so I can join back on the action. They did this to 2 other people I know. Ignorant communist company and brand.
They are doing this to hide the failures of themselves and get money. Like said, anyone and everyone, please report the radio to cpsc to get a better chance to get this brand figured out and possibly banned. Customer support sucks and 90 percent of the time does not communicate with the consumer. They hear the issues for a year now and don't want to take the time to actually test and fix their faults. Best thing I can say is sell your RC8X for cheap, and go with another brand that values their customers and have reliable products.
Yep. Had that happen multiple times.got deleted out of thin air and without notice.
Looks like you probably would have too.And i swear if this comment gets deleted by Radiolink i swear i will skip selling it and will smash it and make a video about post it to Youtube.
Yeah i fear i may have to or I'll leave it on my shelf to rot forever. While i hopefully will enjoy my new expensive Spektrum i shouldn't have had to buy so early. And if i ever have someone ask if i can recommend an RC8X or any other Radiolink product i will simply tell them to get a Futaba, Spektrum or Flysky instead. From what you told me, the videos I've seen and my own experience i would rather buy another higher quality name brand product like again Spektrum, Futaba, Sanwa or Flysky.Yep. Had that happen multiple times.
Even posted a comment on Roadside RC's youtube channel about his RC8X and not even a few minutes after I posted it, he or a youtube mod deleted it.
Looks like you probably would have too.
Posted a long and winded review on Radiolinks brand page on Facebook and hasn't gotten deleted yet soo. I hope for the best.

That's just what i was thinking and i have to be grateful that when my B74.1 flew into my local tracks wall it didn't punch a hole into it. If that happened Gary the owner of 405 rc raceway would have told me to get out or sue me for property damage
