Have you found a 3s lipo w/ a EC2 connector & that'll fit the tray?
I ordered the battery that was announced with the green one. Once I get it I'm going to play around with other batteries for sure, I want get a little more run time.

I've been studying it & may end up getting a Mini Kraton also. I'm pretty sure this battery will fit. A NHX 3s w/ EC3. These Muscle paks are really good. I have several in other sizes. Would need an adapter, EC2 to EC3. Found that too.

I want one I really do but that 2 in 1 esc/RX is what kills it for me. I'll wait for the eBay chop shops to start selling rollers.

I'm in same position.

Looking for something that's smaller in size, brushless, and nice big wheels to do tricks with

Is there much else on the market like this outside Traxxas Mini Maxx?

I initially got excited by Losi LMT Truck but then it seems a bit slow + a bit too small + bit too stiff.

LC Racing or the Team Associated Reflex are about the closest. If you want to do trick I would go with the MT versions.

LC Racing EMB-MT comes in a few different forms. AR comes with everything but the radio and battery, RTR comes with the radio and a NIMN battery and the Lipo R comes with a Lipo. https://shop.lcracing.net/products/emb-mt-1-14-4wd-monster-truck

Associated Reflex 14MT https://www.amainhobbies.com/team-a...rushless-mini-monster-truck-asc20190/p1535912

For either truck one thing I would recommend as a must is a Batan D135F metal geared servo as it is not a matter of if but when the stock servo will strip the gears the good news is that that servo is less than $20.

Here is a LC Racing clone setup as a MT compared to a Kraton 6s for size comparision. Also threw in the LC Racing EMB-T truggy for fun. The truggy is another option. The EMB-MT vs the EMB-T is about like the difference between a Kraton 6s and the Outcast 6s. Both of mine are plenty fast enough on just 2s I could not imagine running 3s in these things. The setup I have in the truggy is a 2938 4850kv motor running 56t spur and a 17t pinion estimated top speed on 2s is 52 mph. The stock motor is 4500kv. Speed calculator gives an estimated top speed of 42mph on 2s with the stock motor.(Driftomaniacs hit 38mph stock with the MT on 2s.)

The stock wheels on the LC Racing MT are a little bit smaller than the 2.2 Proline Trenchers for the Mini E-Revo in diameter with basically the same wicth and tread pattern.

-edit- This is my build showcase for my Lc Racing Truggy. https://www.arrmaforum.com/showcase/lc-racing-emb-t.302/

-edit2- Mini Kraton has a 205mm wheelbase, the LC MT is 185mm and the LC Truggy is 225mm so the Mini Kraton is in the middle of the Lc Racing vehicles in length.

Awesome, a quick google and I think the TA 14MT would be the pick for me.

Thank you for the comparison. They look so small but at same time, that Kraton is massive

The LC isn't as wide as the Kraton, 205mm vs 247mm; that thing is small if it is shorter than my LC12B1. In fact, that is aimed right at the mini xrt and maxx.
I would wager that the LC handles and drives better. That little 1/12 chassis chits n' gitz.

I forgot to check the width.
The LC weighs less too. My truggy with some aluminum upgrades and a larger esc weights 2.07 lbs without the battery and the Arrma website has the Kraton listed at 3.26lbs.
