Ok, got my e-maxx today (yipee!) and my dynamite mega dual-e charger. I've got a set of 3000 mah nimh packs.

The only adjustment I see on this charger is a dial that goes from 0 to 30.

What is the proper way to charge these with this charger. Supposidely it does two packs at once.

I called the manufacturer, they said to monitor the heat of the battery.

In a way I think my other charger is better, it will let you set the amps and it will let you know when the battery is fully charged.

When I picked up my E-Maxx I also took home the Dynamite Twin Pulse Charger. It charges 2 packs at a time, NiCd or NiMh, there's no timer so it peaks out on it's own. It also can charge reciever packs and other smaller batteries at 1.5A.
I've had it for about 2-3 years now and I've had no problems out of it. Here's a link for it: Dynamite Twin Pluse Charger

This sucks having one set of battries for my maxx. I have to wait for them to cool down, charge, go play, repeat..

How Quick Could a Quick Charger Charge if a Quick Charger Could Charge Quick

say that five times fast and your batteries will cool down faster.......
at least faster than you could say it five times fast.....

Well, back from Menards (hardware store) and sure enough they did not carry deans connectors but I just happened to have two extra so I changed the connection on the mega dual-e and now I'm a chargin fiend at two packs a shot!
