Need help with redcat gen 7 pro

I have a redcat gen 7 pro. I got a new receiver and transmitter. Hooked it all up it all power is on when I go to turn left or right the car goes forward and when I give it throttle the car doesn't move at all what could be the problem

Double check that all of your esc connections are plugged into the correct slots with the correct polarity.

Channel 1 steering. Channel 2 is speed control. Sounds backwards.
