Learned last night that we may have access to a new RC spot right in our “front yard” (boats and planes ).

There is a huge ranch right across the road from us, the old man that owned it passed away about a month ago. My wife works with the wife of the grandson that is supposed to be inheriting the property (we actually bought our property from the grandson).
