That was my first thought, then I would have been clobbered!
My wife would have started hemming, squirreled to another unfinished project and they would be completed a year later. 🙄

Was in my shed working on my SCX24 and ADX-10 when the power went out. Started checking stuff and noticed the power lead end was hot.
Time to replace it.

Those SCX24s are power hogs!
It's was supposed to be a temporary, DIY power supply to my shed, but that was about 20 years ago 😆

Over the years I've added more lights, battery chargers etc to it but the final straw was the electric heater.

One day I'll get a professional to run permanent power to the shed.

Had to swap an outlet in the house a few weeks ago, was pretty scorched. Makes me nervous when I find things like that.

Me too. Glad I didn't leave the shed with the heater running. It might have ended badly. Although it did trip the circuit breaker.

I'm not as good at dodging coffee cups as you... :joyful:

Bro, I feel your pain there! I bought two pair of jeans 14 months ago that I'm still waiting for them to be hemmed. 🤬
🤣

Yikes! I did that once to one of my extension cords. Too many things plugged in to it.

Started sharpening our kitchen knives and my sons pocket knife. Got a few done. I'll do the remaining tomorrow when I'm fresh. I'm getting tired and need a drink.
And more knife sharpening

I was going to ask what your referred method of knife sharpening is. 👍
I have an electric knife sharpener but it massacres knives. Took off too much metal. So I stopped using it.

I now use a Lansky delux diamond kit with an additional sapphire polishing hone. I'm also going to purchase a strop soon.

I only have the patients ti get a working edge. So, for me it's just a large ceramic sharpening rod and a strop. The rod also doubles well as a defensive weapon 😄
