If I were you, I'd sell it all. Buy an RV and live in nice weather anytime you wanted. That's what I wish I had done when I became disabled. It's what I would do now if I could afford to.

Wild night, had a storm roll thru with some crazy winds... this is on the highway on the west side of the city.

I swear I don't know how your home doesn't melt. When we hit 90's, you can just feel everything outside is dying.

We are hitting 70's now, with lows in the 40's by the way
