I almost got that gsxr years ago. Kinda wish I did and kinda glad I did not. How do you like the boats? Looking at a blast again.

I've found that for me personally, the senton platform is more fun than the slash. I'm just a basher, don't do much in the way of racing, and the senton fits that bill better. I continuously beat the snot out of it and it doesn't break. The slash seems to break every other time I play with it. Just my .02
I agree. Slash is def more fun on a track. Mine broke a lot at 1st when I was just bashing it. Now it's strictly a track car. The Senton 3s (and 6s--and the Noto6s) is a beast bashing!! I rarely break anything when bashing it. And I've tried to a few times!! lol

I can only drive one at a time so it's hard to convince my wife I need more of them. She has the advantage of being able to set up her sewing machines to run automatically since they're computer driven. Hence she has more than 3 of them.

The trick is to convince her that she doesn't want you to get bored with them, so you need a street basher, a regular basher, a street speed runner, one to jump ramps, a motorcycle, a boat, etc. That's what I did! lol

O, and I built a track in my yard so I could justify having multiple SCTs (even though I have no one to run with!) lol

Does that logic apply to shoes and purses as well? 🤔

You go on and ask her that... I'll be over here behind the wall, you know, for safety! :hehe:

I've never begrudged spending money on my wife's sewing machines. She uses them to a fuller extent than I do my cameras. She didn't say anything when she found the bill for my last Mojave that I didn't tell her about buying. I really don't have the room out in the garage for more RC's. I keep our daily driver cars inside at night so I'm kind of space limited in that regard.

At least she keeps you in stitches! 🤣

I bought one for my girlfriend and one for me and those are the only two so far, but already have intentions on getting one more... Just one more.

How do you know when enough is enough? How many do you all have? The DBXL I just bought makes 25 cars/trucks.
I bought a shelving unit recently. Then I filled it. So then I bought another shelf. 🤷‍♂️😆

I don't have enough time to run them all but I'm a bit of a collector.

How's it going everyone? I saw this thread and i thought i might as well post my RC collection from the beginning of my hobby interest to now.

I think i've owned around 26 vehicles all of which were surface cars and trucks and were all electric.

Team Losi\Losi:

Mini-T 1.0, Was my first ever RC car back in the mid 2000's but i took it apart and misplaced the pieces.

Mini-T 2.0, Bought since i had the original mini t ran a few times until i sold it.

Duratrax:

Evader EXB, Was the first car i learned how to drive on drove it a few times until we sold it in Summer 2011.

Redcat Racing:

Blackout SC, Was my first RC coming back into the hobby got it for Christmas 2020 but later sold it due to constant issues.

Traxxas:

4-Tec 1.0 Electric, My dad bought this car in Fall 2010 as our first Traxxas car it was an original plastic and fiberglass chassis car with a mechanical speed controller and the TQ 27mhz radio. We both drove it for awhile until we sold it in summer 2011 when we go out of the hobby.

Slash 4x4 #47 Mike Jenkins Edition VXL, My first brand new Traxxas vehicle also my first ever brushless powered RC got it for Christmas 2010 ran it a few times until we sold it in Summer 2011.

Slash 2WD XL-5 unassembled kit, My first new Traxxas vehicle coming back into the hobby in 2021 drove it for a bit then sold it.

Slash 4x4 VXL Fox edition, My first Slash 4x4 coming back into the hobby but sold it after i got an ultimate.

X-Maxx 8s Rock n Roll, My first large scale RC and first monster truck traded it away due to worrying about running space.

Stampede 4x4 VXL v1, Bought for a bigfoot project but later used as a parts truck then sold the remains along with my fox slash 4x4.

Slash 4x4 1\16 scale, Bought since i wanted another mini but later sold it due to having too many projects on hand.

Slash 2WD XL-5 RTR, Bought to replace the one i sold but later traded for my current X-Maxx.

Maxx v1, Got in a trade for my old X-Maxx but later traded it for a 6s Slash 4x4.

4-Tec 2.0 Ford GT, Bought to practice driving an on road car before i bought my XO-1 then later traded this car for my current X-Maxx.

Hoss 4x4 VXL, Bought at Hobbytown Norman OK drove it for a long time but it's now up for sale and might get sold soon.

XO-1 v1 (Serena), Bought as a bucket list dream car and now is one of my all time favorites.

Sledge v1, Bought it drove it for awhile but regretted getting it instead of a Kraton so i traded for my current X-Maxx.

Slash 4x4 #25 Mark Jenkins Edition, Was a rough condition 6s converted truck i got in a trade for my Maxx then i later sold it with my other Slash 4x4 and other parts.

Slash 4x4 Ultimate, Bought as a rolling eBay chassis as my current Slash 4x4 and my most favorite made with parts taken from all of my previous Slashes.

X-Maxx 8s (Ultimate Maxxine), Got in a trade for my Sledge, 4-Tec 2.0 and my 2wd Slash this is my current X-Maxx and one of my most challenging projects yet.

Team Associated:

B74.1, Bought from my dad to have as a race vehicle since i traded away my last one still have this one.

Team Losi Racing:

22T 4.0, Bought as my first ever competition level RC to race at our local carpet track in OKC.

Arrma:

Outcast 8s EXB v1, Bought as my very first Arrma on sale during the 2023 Christmas in July sale for $400 then put it together in Winter 2023 and it's one of my all time favorite off road bashers next to my Slash 4x4 Ultimate and my X-Maxx.

Felony 6s BLX, Bought it since i always wanted to own a Felony, Infraction or Limitless but settled on the Felony due to it's looks i still own this car to this day.

Vendetta 3s BLX, Bought as a NOS rolling chassis this car was a challenge to get running properly but it's since turned into one of my favorite on road rc cars.

Others:

Rlaarlo AK-917 carbon chassis roller, Bought to replace my 4-Tec 2.0 although i keep worrying about parts support but have plans to get it up and running again soon.

That's all of them for now.
