How many RC's do you own?

I recently added a few toys to my collection and realized I don't have anymore shelf room to store them. I found myself contemplating moving the RC stuff to my detached shop instead of the attached garage to open up more space. If I need a separate building to house my RC toys, could that be a sign I have too many? How do you know when enough is enough? How many do you all have? The DBXL I just bought makes 25 cars/trucks.

Technically have 8 but 1 is in parts and being in the process of building up. And the 2 are technically loaners so technically I only own 5.

I have 27, but eight of those are still unassembled kits.

One less, I just gave my Sledge to my daughter.
I've given away all my trucks except two. I kept my pimped out Kraton and my Kraton XL.
If I don't drive it, I don't store it!!!

This is my daughter's newest acquisition. She now has 6 trucks.

I feel the same way. Of the 25, I only have 1 that I've stopped driving but I've had it so long, I can't bring myself to get rid of it. The rest get ran at least once a month. Some daily. One just lives at work for when were slow.

I've had my 2WD Stampede since the late 90s, and I only run it occasionally, but it is still one of my all-time favorites. It has gone thru a few updates over that time, 272R transmission being the most significant.

I try to go through the rotation so they all get used, but some are definitely used less than others. But there are still some On my want list. Sucks not being wealthy.

I'm with ya there. My least driven is my SCX24 right now. Probably could do without it. But it's so small, it doesn't take that much space to store

I've got 16, not counting the dozen or so Amazon brands I don't drive anymore.

Out of the 16, 13 are ran regularly, each season.

I'm at a point where I'm comfortable with the amount I have. A few street ones, a bunch of sct for my track, stunt truck (Noto6s) for my ramps, etc. I'll still buy new ones, but not just to get one (i.e.-just got Losi Promoto MX). Gotta be unique in some way. I love painting/creating new body's bc it's like having a new car. My 4s Infraction has the truck body with lights and I also have a green mustang body for it. My Slash, I've got a Police body with all the lights and siren.

I don't want shelf queens.

Gotta love this hobby!!

I'm around 25. 2 nitro sports, 2 nitro stampedes, an ofna, 4 nitro rs4 3's and an old savage xl are all discontinued. Tge tmaxx with narrow arms is in the shelf too, can't get those arms anymore. And I'm looking at another 15 cars at least.


When I die raid my house. I decided for various reasons to hoard my cars for the most part.

Actually, two! but I opened the box and looked at everything yesterday for the Comp Fox. Today was chores or I think I might have "Gasp" started it. I will probably wait until Memorial Day weekend since I took a few extra days. And will be able to concentrate on it. Gonna watch some vids this week and see if anyone ran across any glitches in the instructions, or have any build tips for the kit.
