Going BIG *UPDATED*

This morning, I will load up the Sand Rail on the trailer and go to BUGS-N-BUGGIES to do a wider front beam with longer front trailing arms (4" longer and 1" wider) putting the Fox coil over remote res. as well, Doin a Rack and Pinion too.....this is just the start of it.....the first part of Feb I will be putting in new power plant, from an 1835 vw with dual 40 webbers to a 2332 stroker vw with dual 44 wbbers...and the after i recoop from this it with have a turbo (i hope sooner then later)....I will post pictures of the work that we are doin today

Thats what i was thinking. Then I thought it was supposed to be 1935 then i thought no thats to old lol.

Thanks guys....sorry the 1835 vw in the engine size...and the new engine might change just alittle bit insteed of the 2332, it may be a 2332 fuel injected turbo with intercooler.....man that gives me wood just sayin that

Thanks Rolex.....That is a Fox Shox 10" of travel, about $400.00 each one with springs...The Rears are 14" travel about $500.00 each one...I can't wait till its done

Thanks man....I have had the car in the air a few times and it's great...I can't wait til its done it hit some whooops and jumps and ruts....Also a BIG NASTY engine to boot
 
my dad has a 66 volks wagon i thaink thats what it is but it has 300hp and 4carbs and 1 turbo on it 3rd gear at 80mph
 
You went with ball joints instead of heims for the steering links? Is there enough articulation in those ball joints to avoid binding at foll droop/compression?
 
The ball joint rod end will work well with it, if i have trouble down the road i will change them to a heim joint
