There is a property right behind my place that would make an ideal place for an RC playground. I'm hoping when they tear the pole barn down they leave the concrete pad. It looks like it would be great for drifting

I drove by a vacant parking lot in a shopping mall, plenty of parking right on the main road in touristville Maine today. The wheel immediatly started to turn!!!
It was sunk low so can be seen easily but no runaways on Main Street!
I KNOW I could fill that lot with racers and a track!!!
THAT would be AMAZING!!!

His stuff may be a little ahead of yours @majin but, he has been running that course for years and has become a better driver because of it. Once you run the same course over and over again you can pick apart how you should approach, where tires will slip, etc etc. I am sure you could take him in your backyard!

O it was more the levels apart we are but I'm not dumb enough to think my ecto with upgrades is going to do what his 3k machines will lol
What got me was trying to drive the gates they had left behind from their last comp.
Omylanta for a rig to turn precisely enough alone is amazing but then to have the weight lined out and the experience from a custom build... It's light-years in difference
I wasn't able to make it across very many of the wooden obstacles as our tires would just spin and not get traction
I've watched many a rig hop right up that lol.
Not us we weren't readyyyyyy
