Hmmm.... If my memory serves me correct, JR uses a reverse polarity system and is not compatible with Airtronics for the charging system. One of my chargers has a switch to flip when charging ONLY JR equipment.

Please let someone confirm or deny this.

Yep! I just bought different charging leads with banana ends so I didn't have to buy a different charger.
 
JR's is reverse. Go with the second one and you should be good.

I bought a wall charger for my xmitter 5 years ago which was a JR. I've since cut the end off and swapped polarity since I got rid of the JR 3 years ago and went with an airtronics.
 
thanks guys. now one more question can i use the charger i have now to charge my remotes? its a super brain 959. if i buy the male end and wire it to a female plug that would matches the male end of the charger.

it may sound confusing but i I've done the same thing with my 18b plug so i can use the super brain.

Yes, so long as your charger can handle the packs you are charging.
 
thanks monkey. i checked and it said i can use 1-8 cell AA batteries.
