So, I finally got my Bandit back after being in Mexico. The first thing I'm doing is general maintenance and some tuning. First: I've got some slop here between the arm and carrier. Where can I get the little washers that go between the two. Second: I want to reverse the arms so I can get the toe back in. But, you can see the problem. Any solutions?

You can buy shim kits. I think Avid RC and Yeah sell them. You couod break oit some scissors and scrap lexan and make shims yourself too.
They are easy to make and cheap and you don't even have to wait for shipping! 😎
Not sure about swapping arms tho. 👍

Where can I get lexan?
There should be some holes in the back of your arms.
Shims IDK.
Ain't there. Maybe that's a Rusty specific thing.

To fix the toe, what I did is I got the rpm transmission case with the removable arm mounts, and I swapped them to the other side on both sides. that fixed it for me

You can't get zero toe with stock arms. You get toe-in with stock arms. If you flip the arms over or from side to side that just gives you toe-out. RPM hybrid transmissions come with different blocks and can provide zero toe if that's what you are looking for.

Nearly everthing that's not food sold in stores has some lexan packaging. This is lexan...

I recommended that same solution

How'd you do it? Make the shims, I mean.

Cut a slice of lexan and test fit it in the area you're trying to shim. Get as fancy or not as you choose. I start with the center hole usually and use some lexan body scissors (curved) and trim to fit. Xacto or whatever you got.

I've been following this thread... just because of my past slop OCD.
The gap/slop at the rear hub doesn't look (taken into account of perspective/shadow) all that bad... to me. If it's more than a millimeter, yeah, put a spacer/shim in there.

From a tuning perspective... you now got a Bandit with adjustable wheelbase. :woohoo:Bonus! I buy 0.5mm and 1mm nylon spacers just for this reason when included kit/platform's supplied ones aren't enough.

It does have a lot of slop, but, yeah, those aren't the best pics in the world.
