Nice build! The roll bar and swar bars are both great ideas!
I just picked one of these up and its stock now. I have a 3800kv waiting for whenever I am ready though.
I might have to borrow that swaybar idea!

And the swaybar works really well. Not just there. I tested it without the shocks on, & it does pull the opposite side up when compressing the other. Running, I can tell it helps tremendously with nose dive. Added that 23kg servo & it drives much better.

Same, it's fun as is, so I'm afraid to upgrade it, I would have to buy another to upgrade.

It's quite night & day difference, the handling & response overall mine has over stock. The motor upgrade with the 30k diff grease, shocks & swaybar with a new servo is a totally different experience. Not to mention the tires. Game changer. Plus, it looks wild!

That's just it though. I already have a motor, pinions and a few other goodies set aside but 3900kv is going to TOTALLY change it up, just to handle the speed so maybe a 2800kv Castle or so for an otherwise stock truck and another truck for 3900 stupid speed, right?
(I can feel my g/f's "look" even as I type this!)

I saw a set of 6"tall Chevrons and ALMOST pulled the trigger! There is time...

Naw. I made/moulded the mounts for the sway bar out of JB Weld steel stix epoxy onto the factory bumper. Hand filed square & smooth, drilled & expoxied the brass inserts into them to hold the nylon tabs that hold the center bar in place.
