Congrats on the new ride. Believe me you'll be back for more. Drugs and alcohol is cheaper then this hobby.Well I went to the hobby store and wow you can literally go broke in there, the selection was huge! Lots of different options but I went with the RTR phoenix with portal axles. Charged the battery on my way home and took a couple of PR’s with me for the adventure lol.
No it’s the fixed 6% OD, i think it was just the Falken Tire RTR that has the selectable OD and dig function I could be wrong (high probability). I know you can buy the transmission with the selectable OD with the dig on Vanquish’s website.I have that one too. Its been great! Does it have the selectable overdrive?
Ahh gotcha, so you run the three servos the? I’ve seen a few videos with the dig function being used and that looks slick. I’m very impressed so far, I love the ground clearance of the portals though I have tipped it a few times.Mine was a builders kit. The selectable overdrive is my favorite part.
Almost forgot, Congrats on the new truck! Look forward to hearing your feedback.

Since you’ve built your can you recommend a tool kit?
I’m looking on Amazon, a lot cheaper then snap on.Almost forgot about these. Dynamite brand, they're the oldest ones I have and they've held up great.

Nice! I’m a truck and coach mechanic, I agree buy it once and be done especially when it’s used all of the time.If snap on made them, id have those too, lol. I'm an automotive technician by trade so I'm a little picky when it comes to tools. I want to buy it once and it last forever.
Coach? Like buses?Nice! I’m a truck and coach mechanic, I agree buy it once and be done especially when it’s used all of the time.
Thank you for the link, greatly appreciated. That works great since I already have a cordless hex driver. These are the drivers I got. More than you need for rc but if you're a tinkerer the rest of the bits are handy.
I really like the long bits on 1/10 scale.
