So from what I gathered from the video, your balls start out powdered, then see some pressure and end up smooth. But you don't want them to slip.

You forgot the part about ball lapping!!! Thats a VERY important step!!! 🤣
 
While on the topic... I was in Portland, Oregon for work this morning and stopped at Voodoo Doughnuts.
