I recently acquired an E-Revo Gen 1 and installed the center diff into it. I'm not sure what to do with the slipper clutch. Do I set it as normal or just lock it down? I tried doing a Google search but all I could find were threads explaining the difference between a slipper and a center diff or how to set a slipper. 🤷‍♂️

I don't think a slipper clutch is necessary anymore with a center diff. I'd tighten it down very hard👍
On the 1/10 4x4s, the diff replaces the slipper, so yeah, I'd lock it up tight.

The thing that confuses me is that I recall the Savage and the Nero have both a slipper and a center diff but never understood what the purpose of having both was. 🤷

To keep RTR newbs from breaking driveline parts when landing on throttle.
