Why does everyone not like traxxas

same.
The only thing that I dislike is that the 2wd platform has been the same since release in the 90s (and late 00s for the slash)
The only major changes are electronics, body, 272R transmission, minor chassis updates, ect. Not sure about the 4wd platform. I know for sure that the 4wd platform hasn't been around for a long time. I think around the 00s they came out.
This was the og 4x4 until traxxas released theirs after 2010. One tranny in the back, another on the front and 2 esc/motor combos.

I like Traxxas a lot. here's why.

Tough as nails, fun to drive.

Trx 4 Sport very capable, and fun with tracks in the snow.

Nice truck because its very stable on and off road.

Not my favorite, but its fast and looks good. The Drag slash goes straight as an arrow. Also have a Hoss and the Slash Ultimate. They all run great.
All my Traxxas rigs are geared more for off road. For on road I went with Arrma.

Great collection turbo27. Clean machines all. If forced to choose a TRX from the collection, for me it'd be the black Bandit shod with the Anaconda's.

Two TRX here. Both 2WD Rustlers. One classic brushed twenty years old and one newer build for 2S speed and drag.

Oh, and agree "132ft=Fun" When space is tight, both 33ft and 66ft = Fun too. Cheers. 'AC'

I kind of like them all. Some more than others. I like to bash the Sledge, but I don't beat them. I like to go fast, as well. Just won't do too fast for me. I paid good $ for them. Like a side arm. Must treat them with respect. Cheers,MGT My daughter bought me the Bandit. Not the best choice, since its an entry level rig. Not the best. But SHE bought it for me. :thumbs-up: She did well by me.
:thumbs-up: :thumbs-up:

Have a Senton build in progress on this forum.

Thinking ARRMA both compliments and competes with TRAXXAS on an equal basis. Should be a win-win for the RC community. The two manus offering a vast selection of adaptable and durable packages.

Like to see em. Especially the vintage one. 🏁

Ha. O.K., turbo27, here you go. Red/Black/White/Grey splinter is the classic. Tagged it my 'Apocalypse Wow' ST. 'Rock 'N Roll body with wheelie bar is the newbie. Both pretty much build ups from parts.

Classic is like the farmer's shovel. New spade, new handle, but same old shovel. :D

I have a Bandit too definitely not my favorite either but like yours it's fast and looks good.

People hate Traxxas because they've already dumped a bunch of cash into 6s Arrmas and don't want to admit Traxxas makes better trucks. Traxxas hating is pretty much just a Kraton/Sledge thing. I own both. Arrma and Traxxas 1/10th scale offerings don't seem to have the same kind of rivalry.

Traxxas hating started way before the Sledge came out. But I will say this the Arrma guys tend to have the most hatred for Traxxas and 99.9% of them have never even seen a Traxxas let alone driven one.

I have both the Traxxas and the Arrma 4x4 vehicles and the only things better about the Arrmas are the upfront cost, the stock electronics and it's a little easier to work on.

I find that wrenching on Traxxas is easier. Just because I just started with Arrma. The electronics and durability is way up there with Arrma.

Sweet looking rigs there. Nice shovel. 🏁

I disliked Traxxas years ago because they had crappy nitro designs and looked really had to wrench on. I was using HPI and Losi at the time. Then i had to give RC UP for a bit. The wife got me and my son a rustler and stampede for christmas.

Fast forward 20 years they are really not that hard to wrench on, but their business practices really annoys me. They don't welcome online competition, even if they are selling traxxas. They closed a ton of brick and morar and online shops because they would no longer sell to some hobby shops.

I can't stand the over priced batteries and chargers and they have nothing to offer me.

I'm going to stick with Arrma

Well at least your statements make sense, and are not abusive. Well put. 🏁
