I recently bought a HPI Trophy Flux buggy(all HPI electronics). The other day I was at the BMX track and I stripped the servo. I ended up going to a Taxxas dealer (closest hobby shop available 45min away) and ended up buying a series 600 servo for about $170 dollars. The receiver fit perfectly with all the connections.
As soon as I turned the car on the ESC flashed and beeped & seem to come on but, absolutely no response from the car what so ever. (NO Throttle or steering). Battery has juice, connectivity 👍🏻, and tried Re Binding and still DEAD !!!

Ok, a few things... First, if you can, return the traxxas servo. I don't like them, I think you can buy much better servos fir that much money.

100% be positive your batteries are charge full.

If you unplug the servo, do you get throttle control back on the radio?

The servo might be browning out your receiver.
Are you running a BEC?

Do you have a spare servo just to test with?

For the specs of the 600 series Traxxas servo, you can buy an Eco Power or a PowerHobby or Power HD servo with specs as good or better for roughly half that price or less.

I have the Eco Power 200TI in my Kraton v6 and it has no problem tossing around the stock tires on 7.4v. I got it on sale for $66 USD on eBay.

The ESC wire rubbing up against the case. $100 bucks for new Hobbywing 150a ESC.(twice as good) Great HUH???

It was the ESC rubbing against the holder. Bought all new MX6 radio & hobbywing 150a ESC. The car was running absolutely tit until I brought it to the track this weekend and snapped a hub/tie rod connect(cast steel total dog poop part). I ordered a set of aluminum ones from Hong Kong and a normal set off Amazon. This RTR kit was $500 bucks with a quality 4s battery. Between repairs & trying to get this car right I’m into it for close to 1K and that is pretty piss poor on my end. Had I bought an Associated, Losi, Kyosho, or hell even some half ass kit off Amazon I wouldn’t be having 75% of these BS problems. I’m into the CS this far so I guess there is no turning back. I think after aluminum hubs & control arms with a little polishing up on my driving should do it👌🏻
