Polishing day today for the rear hubs. A little before and after. Took a few hours. The bad news is that I have another one to do lol. I think it’s worth it though it’s really nice and shiny. I used some ipa to clean out any residual polish.

I made a cardboard template for a front splitter. Gonna transfer it into my CAD at work & design a 7075 aluminum 4mm thick one & CNC it out & bend the edges up.

Got it! Ended up 1/8" thick 5052 aluminum. Wings bent at 15°. Lasered out by a sheet-metal shop I sent a DWG to I designed of the template. Front splitter for my next build.

I did surgery. Replaced several gears, recenter a few servos and did a screw check to see if any are loose.

He is officially old enough to vote and join the military.
