I knew that was what you got because of your previous Mini Z body choice 😉

We have similar taste. One of my favorite cars.
Placed an order for this yesterday, plus an additional red body.

This will be my first 1/10 Kyosho car. Reviews on YT seems to be very positive on this 240z.

I almost posted that Datsun but I thought since you had the smaller one, it would be something different. Well at least it was something cool. I still like the Subie.

Kyosho released a video for the 240 Fazer. It looked like a pretty fun and capable rally type car.
I don't recall if it was a "hop up" video with a parts list too.
Kyosho always was a great company.
I might have mentioned, I own a few... 🤣
Mine ARE all old BUT I am already interested in a re-re Ootima Mid.
I can't wait to hear what you think and how it goes!!!
Nice choice!!! 😎

Not long ago I was a click away from buying a couple of Fazers for parking lot bashing but the little angel on my shoulder convinced me that heating, electricity, car registration and such nonsense was more important at the moment. The bastard.

Can't wait to hear your thoughts. My idea was to get something better than Tamiya's TTs which seem to be stuck somewhere in the 90s.

Got it out of the box today for a quick inspection and photo op. I will need to change over to a male XT90 connector for the car before I can run it.

LMAO ...........
That's not what the history teacher meant when he was talking about sword fighting.

The SR27 came today. It drives nice, but the lexan body is no where near as nice as the plastic Mini Z bodies. However, they are +$60 cheaper.

How does it do compared to the Mini Z driving around?
I won't get a chance to run it through a course, until Sunday, to really compare the 2.
I didn't realize it comes with a gyro. I wonder if I'm able to turn this off/on. The tires grip pretty nice on the garage concrete floor.

I got the XT90 connector installed this morning, and took out the 1/10 for a test run on the driveway. Wow, It drives great! I have no desire to go brushless with this car. Plenty of speed as is.
I'll have to play with the transmitter settings to see if I can get it to coast when I let up on the trigger. In neutral, there's a lot more brakes than I care for.
Looking forward to take this to a bigger lot. I'm just not ready to take this off-road, that body is just so pretty to get dirtied and marred up! I may try to make a short video, later.
