Fried whole belly clams, shrimp, scallop, fries, onion hearts, and cole slaw.
We were at Pop's Clam Shell in Alton Bay, NH. Everything was fresh and delish!

It's less than 3hr away from me, but, sadly, I've yet to make it there 😕
 
Back home from the lake. Running some errands right now, on this wet Labor day. In the mall right now to take a look at the TMobile hot spot thingy. But, first, grabbing a bite to eat.
My usual chicken teriyaki place wasn't ready to cook yet, so I went over to Main Street Grill. Glad I did! I got the pan fried catfish, pork fried rice, and garlic string beans. Food was just brought out, and nothing was overly salted or overcooked, especially the fish. A bit oily, but I can overlook that. Yummy brunch!

Boy, they cook catfish different than we do down here 😜 Looks tasty, but I like my catfish beer battered and deep fried. And no fru fru lemon garnish lol.

Depends on the fish. Walleye is best unbreaded to me. Slice of lemon and some butter. Probably my favorite fish meal. Definitely my favorite fish to catch round here.

@Tunedpipe - instead of crappy Lean Cuisines, try this...
Thin sliced chicken breast marinated in Italian seasoning, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Top with softened cream cheese, then wilted spinach, and mozzarella and colby jack cheese. Oh so good, and healthy.

Instead of the iron heavy spinach, you could sub Roma tomatoes, and it's really good as well.

Whale, I'm not sure what to say about that. I think we should make you walk the plankton. Thanks for the oppor-tuna-ty! I dolphinitely need to scale back on the fish puns.

While I love deep fried, pan fried is just as great, to me. The catfish I had today had the same texture as flounder, and I love flounder.......deep fried or pan fried!
