Susan made homemade Shake n Bake pork chops for dinner tonight. Sided with roasted brocolini and orzo, rice, and spinach.
Dessert was super yummy, soft pumpkin cookies she had made yesterday

@Xraycer Wish her a happy birthday from your old geezer online buddies, because that doesn't sound creepy or anything. 🤣 Today is my wife's birthday, If she can make up her mind where she wants to go, we are going out to dinner tonight.

Boy, there are a lot of birthdays this month.

Save me a piece of that cake Xray. On my way!

Well the wife is still feeling a little under the weather, so we postponed going out to dinner. Instead we picked up a roast chicken, made some stuffing, and was pretty good for a last minute menu change.

Yes, it is! Shiner Ruby Redbird beer 😉
Dont care for grapefruit, but thats neat they have a drink. Growing up mom always loved grapefruit, I never cared for it. I guess I should try it again. Oranges, I always loved fresh oranges.

I rarely eat grapefruits, but I find it rather refreshing in drink forms.

First meal since yesterday's food feast, was leftover, of course. Rice, baked chop, and scrambled eggs with the ultimate ingredient: homemade turkey gravy! Sprits with plenty of Frank's hot sauce, and this plate was just savory heaven!

Just finished dinner. I cooked up beef taco for the family. Mine included: cheese, guac, salsa, sour cream, fresh jalapenos, lettuce, and Tia Lupita hot sauce. My son and I polished off 5 tacos each!

I'm still porking out on turkey from yesterday. Had so much I'm gonna be pooping turkey for a solid week....

Geez XRay, food porn overload! Everytime you post a pic I wanna eat something! Looks soooo good.

Were having our Thanksgiving today so I'm anxiously awaiting all the yummy food. especially the Filipino food. This year I'm gonna grill the turkey. I've never grilled a big bird except for one time before. Turned out pretty good the first time, hopefully this time Ill nail it perfectly :)

Taco/Burrito type concoction for breaky with ground beef, sour cream, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, hot sauce, and chili cheese corn chips. I ate it before the camera could process the pic 😋

Grilling a full turkey? Bro, that's skill! It's this just on a regular gas or charcoal grill? Do you use a rotisserie device?
Most people can't even do it right with an oven. Fortunately, my wife's maternal, Italian side of the family are fantastic cooks! They always nail it!

Yeah, that's understandable 😉
