Whatcha Eating?

I worked the overnight shift last night, and slept in until 3:30pm this afternoon. Of course, the first thing I thought of was, what's for dinner?
We had bacon in the fridge, so I decided on BLT. Went to the store and picked up fresh French bread, tomatoes, and a rotisserie chicken for lunch for the next few days.
While the bacon were cooking up in the oven, I decided to take advantage of the piping hot rotisserie chicken and go with a bacon chicken club. Went with a Hellman's sriracha mayo and white American cheese. So good.......that I almost forgot to get a picture!

I concocted something similar yesterday. French bread beef chili mozzarella pizza. Not bad.

All this eggrolls and chili bread and pizza is getting me hungry again.

Chipotle Burrito!! Kids had early dismissal today, so after picking up my boy we grabbed some Chipotle for lunch!! Must have had a rookie rollin' 'em cuz it just keeps falling apart. But o so good!!

Been struggling to recover from having my neck gutted again, but finally felt good enough to drop a speedie backstrap on the smoker (quick bacon grease sear in a hot pan, then 300f smoker for 20 minutes)

It's Friday, and we just didn't feel like cooking tonight. We decided on Chinese takeout. Orange chicken, pork chow mein, ma po tofu. I also had a snack order of egg drop soup.
