Barnfab BL2s box stock Slash

It’s completely stock except for the allowed receiver change. Truthfully I only did that because I had an extra Flysky receiver and no AA batteries for the traxxas radio I intend to put the TQ radio back in it for kicks.

I went for the builder’s kit because it came with the clear body. I also intend to pick up an XL5/Titan 12t brushed setup so I can run in that class. 1st State runs them separately and most of the guys my age are running the brushed class. The factory runs them together but mandates a 16t pinion on the BL2s.

Not my greatest paint job ever but it’s good enough to get smashed up on the track! I’m hoping the heavy duty bodies come back in stock soon with the holes punched for the clip-less mounts. I’ll take a little more time on that.

I’ll get some better pics when I get to the track with it.
