I think I now need to do some sort of stew and hot rolls this week.

Home made calzones, one steak and one ham, lasagnia, and chicken cordon bleu with normal cheese and ham. All home made. I love cleanout days

Last night was home made pizza. Peppers, broccolli and others chopped up. Had cheese and sauce on home made bread. Truly amazing. The first two didnt make it.


Tonight is eggs, bratwurst, store frozen rolls, last nights veggies, shrimp, and shreadded hash brown.

That hot mess looks amazing!

Our friends from around the corner made a batch of turkey chili today, and wanted is to have some. We obliged.
I had a bowl of it, with tortilla chips for dinner. Added Mexican blend cheese, a whole avocado, and cilantro to the chili.
Dessert was a mango and a piece of French toast casserole Susan had made this past weekend.

I’m a HUGE gyro fan!! So today I made some for lunch. These particular ones come in a box from Walmart.. but in my opinion they are they next best thing if you can’t get to your local Greek restaurant. Add some fries in the air fryer with Greek seasoning and your set.

Had a burger with tomato, lettuce, gouda cheese, onion, dill pickle, mayo, mustard, ketchup, and fries. So good I had another.

I'm on a mission this weekend! Casual conversation at work brought up the fluffer-nutter. It dawned on me that I've never even tried this popular Americana fare. So, hoping I remember to pick up a container today at the grocery store.

Had another Lender's bagel with strawberry cream cheese, just a little while ago. Soooo goood!
Also, a banana and coffee.

I googled Fluffernutter and I've came to the conclusion, diets are for quitter's.

My sister held a shrimp boil party yesterday for our immediate fam (me, brother, 2 sisters, spouses, parents and 8 of my nieces and nephews). About 20 of us. I don't do shrimp so got me some snow crab legs! We also had hush puppies, 1/2 bushel crabs, fried chicken (AC&T gas station chicken! Good stuff!), brownies, pumpkin spice cupcakes and plenty of Corona!

It was great hangin' with the fam all afternoon/night! Good times as always!
