I miss real fajitas... way back in the mid 1980s, I was stationed in San Antonio. Fajitas were a home-cooked delight, rarely saw them on a menu, 5 years later they were everywhere and made from all different cuts of beef.

Had dinner at the park too. It was about 80 bucks but had to pay 0.
I'm tellin' ya, if you keep eating out of dumpsters, sooner or later you going to get sick! 🤔

Good ingredients make all the difference in the world for any food. And the flank steak (not really steak) that is commonly used in restaurants is terrible.

Try a flat iron steak for tacos

Might give it a go in the fajitas. For tacos, I prefer ground or shredded meat. I rarely eat any tortillas, shells, etc., usually just a plate of meat and veggies drowned in hot sauce.

I actually really like taco potatoes. No shell or tortillas. Just on a baked potato.
I'm sure it's good, but I generally avoid those too. Middle aged man gut is real, and I choose my carbs carefully. LOL

I'm that too.....

Learned from my wife potatoes are no weight watchers points lol I don't know how but it's definitely not processed.

I eat them and don't have a belly like I did anymore. Not saying that's all that did it.
