Spring is here in the mountains. I think we found the limit on the Blackstone yesterday with our cowboy fajitas. Over 4lbs of ribeyes, 2+lbs of chicken, 4 large onions, two bags of peppers. Shrimp were done afterward. One of my favorites, we do it often.

Thanks fellas! We've never used flank (not steak BTW) steak in ours. And we don't do tortillas, or beans, or rice. I just mix in the shrimp, then cover what you see in hot hot salsa and go to town.
