After this yummy, but very unhealthy breakfast, I think I'm going either bike or start up my running again, starting today.
Chicken patty, sausage, cheese and maple syrup waffle sammy. Sided with a hash brown. All were reheated in the air fryer except the waffles which was in the toaster.

Cleaning out the kitchen dinner. I grabbed stuff that needed to be used up and turned it into a killer dish: keilbasa, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and jalapenos. Served it over rice mixed with Yuzu Banchan sauce. So good!

Breakfast was a McD's Sausage and Egg Mcgriddle. Lunch was Jack in the Box Ultimate Cheeseburger, Onion rings and an Oreo Shake. We were out running errands all day. Think I just shot the whole months fast food budget on the first day of the month. 🤣 skipping dinner tonight as it was a late lunch.
