a on road with 2 brushless motors is gonna move either way, even if there both low kv that will have a load of torque

You may want to change that, before the mods see this. Maybe say: that car will have a ****load of torque.

It looks like your standard knock off car. You can do much better with a 4-tec, or a RC10 product from AE.

It's so vague I would not trust it one bit, especially at about $160+ USD. Even if that traction control thing works, a 540 motor usually won't lose grip on a good surface, plus most quality ESC's brushed or brushless have a traction program to limit power bursts.
 
my friend bought a testing version of this car (its not available yet) and it is FAST, we raced it against a hpi sprint 2 flux and it beat it easily!!!

But apparently the tyres are very cheap and break up after a few hours of top speed running, but they may improve it if they release the final version!
