I have been getting the urge to build some models again, kind of stopped when I started playing with RC's.

Dude, you are off the charts with these builds. Mad max, weathering etc. I'm impressed!

Finally after 3 weeks of waiting for a alternator, I was able to drive the little guy home. My gauge is still acting up, its old but I put a ohmeter and 14 volts charging like a champ. The shop forman showed what happened. A wire arced on the case of the alternator an burnt it up. Argh, I wire cost me a Grand. I had timing belts installed so the last mech goofed it up. Argh. Oh well.

One of my other spare time activities is photography. I guess there's enough new folks here that it's ok showing some of the pics others have seen before.

Very cool photography Doom!. I’ve dabbled a bit in my life. Don’t get around to doing it much anymore. Need to really get back to that. I have a pretty old Cannon EOS digital camera that needs to be retired for an updated camera.

Not really a passion as so much it's a lifestyle. As some know I'm a retired military vet and my wife is a travel nurse. We are fulltime RV'ers .... we travel the country and live how we want ... free and not tied down. We do what we want when we want how we want. We have seen and experienced more in our journeys then I bet most people realize is in our beautiful country .....but here's our pride and joy and our setup

it's a 2023 riverstone 42fskg hybrid toyhauler. we use a 1999 KW T2000 to pull it and have a 2024 rubicon 2 door .... inside the garage on the rig we have a 2021 polaris 850 touring 4wheeler and on the bed of the teuck our 2 electric bikes...... so if ya see us traveling down the road ... give us a wave and I blast the air horn in return

Beautiful setup, are you required to have a CDL?
It has always been my dream but health issues got in the way and it was a forced retirement.
We still get away a few days out of the week but locally. Living in Idaho, we are surrounded with beautiful country.
