How loud do you go with your amp?
It's possible you are hearing the high E from the guitar and then the amp.
Several things can cause the G string to always go out of tune.
Setup plays a big role in that for starters.
Old strings, cheap strings, body heat "believe or not", improper cutout on the nut. If the string isn't cut properly the string
will hang up and cause it to go out of tune.
I use Nut Lube any time I change my strings and always keep them playing the best they can.

I do run it through a Korg processer, I have 2 little amps, 15 watt Ibanez and a Older Fender Champ 30 watt, that might be the issue. Ill mess with the settings. I know clean cab it sounds ok, but lead distortion the high e sounds silly. My cheap squires high e sounds ok. Mabe its a gibson thing?

Some built and hand painted model kits..

I think I have a couple sci fi collectors helmets that need a good dusting.

The SG is known for the two center strings to be out of tune closer to the headstock. It's a design flaw. At least they told me that on the SG forum. I just tune it to where I'm playing most on the neck, but it isn't bad. There are probably ways to fix it, with like staggered frets or some crap, but I don't know much about them. I just play em.

Not really Gibson thing, any guitar can do that.
Some guitars just don't play well with effect pedals.
A little while ago I plugged in my Epi Rivera P93 and it sounded terrible
because I had my pedals set up for my Strat. All my Strats sound different.
It's a matter of messing with your processor I'm sure.
One more thing, Squiers are fine instruments so you really shouldn't consider them cheap.
Inexpensive yes but not cheap. I have a Squier Deluxe, Standard, Infinity and love them.
Here's just a few of mine. They are hanging all over the living room and a few in the cases.

Wow!

My MIA Strat is absolutely gorgeous, but she rarely gets played simply because I want it to stay in mint condition
because it's going to my son when I kick the bucket.
The Epi LP standard in the pic on the left sounds amazing also but
I have to sit to play so it's not as comfortable as my Strats.
The brown Strat on the right, I build and the blue Tele
in the middle I built.
