I'm not thrilled at all with the way it came out but how she will fly might be a different story.
I am starting another one today because getting better at building is going to take lots of practice.

I think your just being a little hard on yourself, looks pretty good and I love the green! I mean it's not fair to compare your skills with a five year old slave who builds RC's 18 hours a day, every day. 🤔

Thanks bro, I guess when I see the mistakes, it really stands out. I am pretty hard on myself though.

Thanks @Jamr , it's a learning process but I love it and so does the wife.
I started another one a few hours ago, so I'll just use this thread and add
more when I get more done.
It's going to be much better. The ribs here are all perfectly flush with the leading edge
and the trailing edge. I still need the trailing section with aileron's.

Everyone that makes things, rc planes, music, furniture, whatever knows where they screwed up.
Make sure everything is square and straight. Get the CG right and fly it.

It will look beautiful in the air.

I finished the wing and I'll cover it when my ultracote gets here.
I also worked on the fuselage and it's looking decent. So far I'm happy with it.
I still have to fill in around the cowl with balsa and shape it.

Lookin' good, I've always been afraid to build one.
I was too and still am. This second one is built much better than the green.
The green one is no way as solid as this one is.

I got a lot done today boys and girls.
The fuselage is starting to take shape.
I installed all the windows and mounted the motor and cowl.
I still need to do a bunch of shaping and cut the elevator in
but I'm gaining.
