Man you have no idea how many time I have been in the exact same boat....no matter how many times you explain it the wonderful person on the other end never understands what you are trying to say.
I have felt like I explained my situation 50 times! I get so frustrated when they say, "Sir, you need to call this number." or "Sir I need to speak with my manager." I have never had such a hard time trying to spend money with somone! Its like when you go in and you are 2 weeks away from the upgrade date on your phone... and they say sir you have to wait two weeks. I feel like saying.... Look... I am here to sign another 2 year contract with you guys and I am trying to spend money in your store. Does two weeks really mean anything?
