Well the trip was good and bad, the equipment was sub par, but it also kept the boss from buying toys we don't need. Our current laser is seven years old and needs some maintenance, but the boss didn't want to spend six grand to fix it, but was willing to spend thirty grand on new toys we didn't really need.
So now he agreed we should repair what we have, since it did a way better job than what we just looked at. At least now he won't be spending our Christmas bonusus on stuff we didn't need.
